This issue presented a huge series of hurdles for us as a publisher. While we were working on getting a new creative team put into place we also changing printers. One printer we switched over to to reduce costs tried taking the money without printing any books! The printer we ended up with never sent us a proof leading to an inversion of our back covers and the omission of four pages. On top of all that we also discovered two lines of dialogue missing from Page 17.
Below are the missing and re-edited pages as they were meant to be seen originally.
